Warranty, Return and Replacement Policies


Warranty and Maintenance

  • We offer a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase on all our products, and all our products are expertly manufactured in the People's Republic of China and have obtained international and local quality certifications.
  • We offer free maintenance for all our products. Free maintenance does not include spare parts, if any, or shipping fees to receive the product.
  • An invoice is required to benefit from the guarantee.
  • Shipping costs for products that are replaced or repaired under warranty do not include warranty and maintenance, and shipping and delivery costs must be paid in order to benefit from the warranty or maintenance.
  • The warranty can only be used after the product has been inspected and assessed as having a manufacturing defect and not due to misuse.
  • Breakage or discoloration of the fabric is considered misuse, not a manufacturing defect, unless the item was received in this condition and must be reported within the first 3 days of receipt.


  • The product must be opened within 3 days of receipt and inspected for any defects such as breakage, discoloration, or any other flaws in order for the comprehensive warranty to apply. After 3 days, the warranty only covers manufacturing defects.



substitution/

  • The customer has the right to request a replacement for any of our products within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the product, provided that the original product is returned intact, exactly as purchased, and unopened.
  • In case of replacement and the new product is cheaper than the previous one, any costs paid by Baby Care will be deducted. For example, if the product was purchased through Tabby, 6% of the value of the products in the previous invoice will be deducted.
  • The customer bears all shipping costs to and from the store, including the return of the original product and its exchange for the new product.


Retrieval/

The customer has the right to request cancellation of the order and a refund of the purchase price in one of the following cases:

  • The customer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped. After shipment, the customer cannot cancel it, and it then falls under the warranty policy.
  • The information on the website does not match the products he received.


• When purchasing a specific package, a specific product from the package cannot be returned, and the same policy applies to it as if it were a single product.


The fabric is not covered under warranty because it is a consumable part and falls under the category of misuse.

The customer has the right to request a return before opening the product, and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred by the store, which the store will then cover for returning the product. Once the product has been opened, it cannot be returned.

The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, as they are subject to factors and circumstances beyond our control. However, we always carefully search for the best shipping companies to ensure that your order is received quickly, with high quality and safety.
